Prodigy delivered and deployed multiple machine learning models and established essential digital infrastructure to meet the project’s objectives. Key achievements of the MVP Phase, completed by May 31, 2024, include:

• A study report on swine performance monitoring and price feed information. 

• The deployment of three predictive machine learning models for swine performance monitoring and alerting in Vietnam.

• An email notification engine for performance alerts.

• Price feed advisory insights through data analysis, replacing one ML model.

• Setting up of development, testing, and production environments on AWS Singapore, with the development environment hosted by Prodigy. 

• Deployment of Prodigy's VSI platform with integrated ML models for swine performance monitoring. 

With the JINI MVP Phase completed, Japfa's digitalization and AI-driven performance systems are well positioned for the JINI 1.0 phase of work, and future phases of the JINI AI program are being planned for.
